How it works

1. Let’s chat
Tell us where you are and what you’re trying to fix. We’ll tell you honestly whether Core Support is the right fit.

2. We run the Core Audit.
If you haven’t done it yet, this is where we start. This helps us work out what’s really going on.

3. Your strategy day
In person, together. We work on your vision, plan and first objectives. By the end of this day you know exactly what the next twelve months look like.

4. We get to work
Monthly check-ins, quarterly resets, workshop days and a direct line to us whenever you need it. The plan isn’t something we hand over and walk away from, it’s a working document that takes you in the right direction.

5. You get your results
Whatever your goals are, over 12 months we work together to achieve them. The final review looks at what you need next to keep success sustainable.

The audit and strategy session happens in month one, so you’ll have your plan and your first objectives early. By the end of quarter one, you’ll have made real progress against them.

We get far more out of a room together than we ever do on a screen. We cover the northeast of Scotland from Edinburgh to Aberdeen.

That’s exactly what the monthly check-ins are for. Nothing drifts for long when there’s a conversation coming. We adjust, reset and keep moving.

If you haven’t done the audit yet it’s included in the package and it’s where we start. If you’ve already done it with us, the cost comes off your first year.
