What: A 12-month strategic support service for business owners who want, clear direction, practical help, and steady accountability.
Why: Because working harder on its own stops being enough. Core Support helps you uncover what’s blocking growth, fills the gaps in knowledge or resource, and stay on track so you can make a clear profit, protect your time, and build sustainable progress across the year.
Who: For business owners who have built something solid, hit a ceiling and know they need help.
How much: £7,500 flat fee (spread of 12-months)

What: Comprehensive strategic business support through facilitation, accountability, board direction and fractional leadership to help drive your business toward your goals.
Why: You know what needs to happen, but don’t have the expertise (or time) to make it stick. Keeping you firmly in the driver’s seat, we’ll assist by facilitating crucial changes, giving guidance at board level and keeping you on track – without taking over or dishing out demands.
Who: For business owners, leadership teams and directors who want to scale with flexible expertise and guidance (without the full-time executive commitment).
How much: from £300
Community Impact
supporting the businesses that support our communities
What: Pro-bono and discounted business support, audits and strategic guidance for third-sector organisations, NGOs and non-profits.
Why: Charities and community organisations work tirelessly for our communities. Funding ties and a lack of business support can seriously damage their impact. When local charities thrive, our whole community benefits, and we’re proud to be part of the system that supports this.
Who: Projects, organisations and teams who need clear direction and business support (but don’t have the budget to access it).
